ABRAHAM LINCOLN







Abraham Lincon (February 12, 1809-April 15, 1865) He was the sixteenth President of the United States, successfully led the country through its greatest international crisis, the American Civil war, preserving the Union and ending slavery. Assasinated as the war was drawing to a close, Lincoln had been the first Republican elected to the presidency, before precidency, he was a lawyer , an Illinois state legislator, a member of the United States House Representatives, and twice an unsuccessful candidate for election to the senate.He had 4 children they were called Robert Todd Lincoln, Tomas Tad Lincoln, William Wallace Lincoln and Edward Baker Lincoln and his wife was named Mary Todd Lincoln. He had two sibilings Sara Lincoln and Tomas Lincoln. Abraham Lincoln was named after his Grandfather. Lincoln used his hat for stashing all his Invitations bills and letters.When he died he was at the Ford theater watching " My American Cousin"; the man who killed him at the Ford theater was called John Wilkes booth, he Booth was a member of the prominent 19th century Booth thearial family from Maryland and, by the 1860s, was a popular actor, well known in both the Northern United States and the South.

He kill Abraham Lincoln because he strongly opposed the abolition of slavery in the United States and Lincoln's proposal to extend voting rights to recently emancipated slaves.

OSCAR WILDE






Oscar Wilde was born in Dublin on October 16th, 1854. His parents Sir William and Jane Francesca Elegee were very well-Known in the society. In college a man called Mahaffy introduced him into the Greek life and literature. In the year of 1878 Wilde won a scholarship to Magdalen college, Oxford. After four years he met John Ruskin who thought the view on arts.


He setled in London and we got famous and a few years later he got married with Constance Lloyd. One of his famous books is called The picture of Dorian Gray. Constance helped him financially.
In 1881he published his first volume of poems and in the following year he attracted the United States. In his book of the picture of Dorian Gray were evil topics so pelople thing that it was a bad book.
He died in Paris on November 30th, 1900.
